Ashutosh Dass,Managing Director :
Graduate from Banaras Hindu University in Metallurgical Engineering and Post Graduation in  Ferro Alloys Technology from VNIT Nagpur. After having versatile technical experience in Ferro Alloys Industry for more than a decade, he was inspired to start his own Fabrication Unit in the year 1976. Commencing with Fabrication of Material Handling Equipments and gradually developing into all types of Conveyors and its Rollers, Idlers and other products used in Underground Mines in Government / Private Sector.
 
With his optimistic and long visionary outlook a Unit had taken shape into an Enterprises and further it became a Private Limited Company in a span of 30 years. He was mainly involved in technical activities and was ably supported by his wife in Company’s Financial & Administrative affairs.

Mrs. Bani Dass, Director :
B. Sc. B. Ed. DBM. Looking after Company’s financial affairs, HR & Administration.

Mr. Vinay Morey - Project Manager :
B.E. Mechanical Engineer. He is having vast experience of 30 Years on Mechanical Designing, Development, Fabrication, Erection, Commissioning of Material Handling System, of various Companies.

Mr. S.K. Pal - Works Manager :
Mechanical Engineer. Having 20 years experience of Mechanical Jobs, Fabrication, Job Development, Production, Factory Management, etc.

Mr. Yogi  - Incharge Q.A.:
Having vast experience of 35 years in the field of mechanical jobs, assuring quality of the products, etc.
